*Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb thats been used for centuries in traditional Indian medicine.  For thousands of years Holy Basil has been incorporated in traditional Indian medicine.  Lemon Balm is a calming herb used for generations to promote relaxation and sleep.  Peppermint is a popular herb utilized for millennia to improve digestion and relieve respiratory problems.  For eons the adaptogenic herb Rhodiola has been a favorite in Russian medicine.  Traditional Chinese medicine has revered Schisandra for a variety of health benefits.

CBDA is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid that is the precursor to CBD and may have anti-inflammatory properties and is believed to alleviate nausea and vomiting. 
CBGA is the precursor to all other cannabinoids and may help with pain and inflammation relief and other aliments including anxiety and sleep. 
CBNA is a Cannabinoid that is produced when THCA is exposed to heat or light.  It is thought to be an Antioxidant and to have an array of health benefits. 
THCA is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid that is the precursor to THC.  It shows promise in reducing nausea, vomiting and reducing inflammation and pain.

They are responsible for many of the bright colors and flavors of fruits and vegetables. Polyphenols can be further classified into several subgroups, including flavonoids, phenolic acids, and polyphenolic amides. Specific health benefits of polyphenols can vary depending on the type of polyphenol and the overall dietary state. Consuming a diverse range of plant-based foods can provide a broad spectrum of polyphenols and contribute to overall health and well-being. Polyphenols are antioxidants, which means that they can protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are unstable molecules that can damage cells and DNA and are thought to play a role in the development of many diseases, including cancer, heart disease and Alzheimer’s.
Polyphenols are widely distributed in the plant kingdom and can be found in Fruits: Apples, berries, cherries, citrus fruits, grapes, mangoes, plums, pomegranates and more. Vegetables: Artichokes, asparagus, broccoli, brussels sprouts, carrots, cauliflower, eggplant, garlic, kale, leeks, lettuce, onions, peas, potatoes, spinach, sweet potatoes, tomatoes etc. Nuts and seeds: walnuts, almonds, flaxseeds, almonds and peanuts and others. Spices are rich in phenolic acids, including cinnamon, cloves, and oregano. Legumes: Beans, lentils, and peas contain phenolic acids, including vanillic acid and coumaric acid. Teas, coffee, red wine and dark chocolate.
Types of Polyphenols: There are thousands of different polyphenolic compounds and can be categorized into subgroups:

Polyphenolic Amides:  This smaller subgroup includes compounds like capsaicin found in chili peppers.

Some examples of how to incorporate polyphenols into your diet: Add berries to your breakfast cereal or yogurt. Snack on fruits and vegetables throughout the day.
